1. By purchasing our programs you are assuming responsibility for yourself and Ebel Athletics is not liable if you are to injure yourself performing the tasks assigned by our programs.

2. All purchases of programs are final. We do not refund programs post delivery.

3. We as a company urge you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before using any exercise equipment or participating in exercise classes of any kind.

4. All exercises, including the use of weights and use of any and all machinery, equipment, and apparatus designed for exercising shall be at the purchasers sole risk.

5. Purchaser understands that they are liable for any claims, demands, or actions arising due to injury to purchasers body or property arising out of or in connection with the use by purchaser of the services, programs, and workouts.
